Immaculate Conception Church in Elmhurst will feature a Taizé prayer service at 7 p.m. on Fri., Feb. 24.
Taizé (pronounced: tay-zay) is a form a Christian prayer originating from the ecumenical Christian community of Taizé in France. An individual is invited to rest in God with meditative singing, Scripture, candlelight, silent reflection, and prayers for the world.
