St. Thomas the Apostle, Naperville, to offer online meeting on holiday grief on Nov. 9

The behavioral health ministry of St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Naperville will offer the free, virtual program, “Handling Grief During the 2021 Holidays,” from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Tues., Nov. 9.

Paula Kosin, a licensed clinical professional counselor, will discuss challenges the upcoming holidays can pose and identify strategies to help experience the season with some quiet joy, including ways to honor deceased loved ones and experience the healing presence of Jesus.
