St. Mary Immaculate School, Plainfield, Sends 12 Track and Field Athletes to State Competition

The Class A Illinois State Track & Field Meet has more than 2,000 athletes from around 250 schools across Illinois. Every May they combine for a very large and very competitive meet.  These are the best of the best in middle school track and field. Simply making it to state is a huge accomplishment.

St. Mary Immaculate School in Plainfield recently sent 12 athletes to this state meet.  This is the first year that the school has even had track and field. The athletes who competed are shown above:
