Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus Announces its 2018-2019 Cathedral Music Series

The Cathedral of Saint Raymond Nonnatus announces its 2018-2019 Cathedral Music Series programming.  Please mark your calendars and plan to attend these programs, which aim to bring sacred music to the cathedral and the larger community throughout the diocese and beyond for the greater glory of God.  A freewill offering benefits the cathedral’s sacred music ministry.  The cathedral is located at 604 N. Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 3 p.m.: Cathedral Vocal Showcase – A concert presentation of sacred solos, duets, and trios presented by the singers of the Cathedral of Saint Raymond Nonnatus

Sunday, December 2 at 3 p.m.: Advent Vespers – Featuring the Cathedral Choirs – Organ and Choral Prelude at 3 p.m.; Vespers immediately following at 3:15 p.m.

Saturday, January 12, 2019, at 7 p.m.: Christmastide Choral Concert – Featuring the Cathedral Choirs under the direction of James Grzadzinski, cathedral director of music; assisted by Richard Siegel, cathedral associate organist

Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at 7 p.m.:  Tenebrae – Sung by the Cathedral Choral Scholars
