Join St. Patrick’s Parish in Joliet for their annual Irish Mass and corned beef dinner on March 3 from 4-8 p.m. They will be serving a traditional corned beef dinner for $13 and an Irish Lamb Stew for $15 (both served with Irish soda bread and dessert). Corned beef sandwiches (with potato salad or chips and dessert) costs $10, and there will be pasta and dessert for the kids for $5. Families can buy a dinner for four for $20. Beverages will be served a la carte. We will be offering entertainment throughout the evening, including the Keigher Irish dancers and bagpipe music, as well. St. Joseph Parish, in Manhattan, will hold its Irish Mass at March 17 at its regular 4:30 p.m. Mass. The Village of Manhattan will sponsor Irish Fest on March 2-3, and their arts and crafts fair will be held at St. Joseph School.
