Cathedral of St. Raymond Announces First Program in its Cathedral Music Series

The Music Ministry Department of the Cathedral of Saint Raymond Nonnatus announced the first program in its Cathedral Music Series. On Sunday, Nov. 6, at 3 p.m., Michelle Gliottoni Rodriguez, soprano, who is also the choral assistant at the cathedral, will present “Sacred Songs in a Sacred Space,” a voice recital consisting of sacred arias and songs by Handel, Mozart, Gounod, Webber, and Walker.  She will be accompanied on piano and organ by James Grzadzinski, the cathedral’s director of music.  Both musicians are members of the Conference of Roman Catholic Cathedral Musicians and are passionate about fostering the art of sacred music in the community.  A free will offering will benefit the Cathedral music program.
