Illinois Citizens for Life is sponsoring a free legislative breakfast on Aug. 6, from 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. at St. Michael’s Parish Center (basement of church/school), 314 W Willow Ave, in Wheaton. Congressman Peter Roskam will talk about the pro-life activity in Congress. State Sen. Michael Connelly, State Rep. Jeanne Ives, and State Rep. Peter Breen will explain the status of pro-life bills and pro-abortion bills that are currently being considered in the Illinois legislature and help us understand just what is going on in Springfield.
Along with a free breakfast, you can learn how you can be instrumental in assuring that Illinois protects its weakest, most vulnerable citizens—the unborn. Please call 630-852-5448 by Aug. 4 for further information or for questions and to reserve your place. Or email icl@icl-life.com. Space is limited so don’t wait until it’s too late to be included. The gift of their time by these busy legislators is very much appreciated.
