Join in prayer at a Mass for Life, which is held on the second Saturday of each month at 8 a.m. at Saint Patrick’s Church (710 West Marion St., Joliet), in the St. Brigid Chapel. The next Mass will be held on Saturday, Feb. 13. It’s a opportunity to intercede for those who are facing difficult decisions about life. For more information, call the office at 815-727-4746.
The parish is also sponsoring a baby bottle collection for Women’s Choice Services, in conjunction with this Mass. At the Mass for Life, baby bottles will be available at all church doors. The goal is for people to take them home and fill them with change. Bottles may be returned back to St. Patrick’s Church on the weekend of March 19-20. All money collected will be given to Women’s Choice Services to help pregnant women and newborn babies.
