St Mary Immaculate Parish, on 15629 S. Route 59 in Plainfield, mourns the death of 3,300 children lost to abortion every day in our country. On Oct. 9-16, the parish’s Reverence for Life Ministry will be honoring those lives lost by placing 330 crosses on the front lawn of our parish, between the parking lot and Route 59. Each cross will represent 10 children who have been aborted.
