“Mass Mob” Planned for St. Patrick Parish in Manhattan on May 30

Planning for the second annual “Mass Mob” is going on now, led by the St. Liborius Knights of Columbus/Daughters of St Liborius. Parishioners are planning to hold the Mass Mob at St. Patrick Catholic Parish in Manhattan.

For those who haven’t heard of it, a Mass Mob is kind of like a Flash Mob in the sense that social media is used to summon crowds for a “spontaneous” event. In this case, a Mass Mob is when people from various surrounding parishes gather at a parish to celebrate Mass together.

In this case, the Mass will be at St. Patrick’s in Manhattan, Illinois, on May 30 at 5:30 p.m. Refreshments will follow in the basement.
